Mell-Harley letter, 1887 April 27.

The collection consists of a letter written by the Rev. Thomas Harley to P.H. Mell and is dated April 27, 1887, from London. Harley is sending Mell twenty-five copies of his book "Southward ho! notes of a tour to and through the state of Georgia in the winter of 1885-1886" to distribute to the professors and to some students. Harley wants Georgians to value their state.
